- Join the special workshop "Stress and coping in social relationships" to:

- Understand the causes of stress in academic life, work, and relationships;

- Explore thinking strategies to manage and cope with stress effectively;

- Learn how to apply knowledge to real-life situations;

- Participate in group activities, discussions, and solution presentations;

- Develop communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
